We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise with your order. If you receive an item that is not in satisfactory condition, simply take a picture of it and attach it to your email, along with your order number, and send it to cs@vzow.com. You will receive an email reply from us within 3-5 working days with information on the next steps.
